The were professionals. Showed up and said we could damage your vehicle using this wrecker. They left and got another one. I will use them again. May I add they were 100 dollars cheaper than the other services

I had the scary experience of breaking down on I-10 while towing my travel-trailer. It was two days before Thanksgiving and it was hard to find a towtruck that could load my non-mobile trailer and bring it to an RV repair shop. Josh and his partner were angels sent from heaven! Josh communicated clearly when he would appear to my breakdown site. He and his partner loaded/secured my trailer professionally. But this is where character counts: when we arrived at the alleged RV repair shop as instructed by my insurance company, the shop said no, they didn't repair RVs. The second shop said the same thing. Finally, many miles away, a third repair shop took my trailer and repaired it the next day. Who made this terrible "shoppping" possible? JOSH of Knippers Wrecker Services. He stuck with me until he was sure I was safe and had a repair plan. He didn't have to do that but I'm forever grateful! So I 100% recommend Josh at Knippers!!!

My cars engine clunked on me on the interstate commuting from Houston headed to lake Charles. My vehicle was right before the Vinton exit and couldn’t get not one tow truck that night. The next day I called up this company and the guy (Im so sorry I can’t remember his name) was an older fellow who showed up. He was friendly and professional. He handled my car with care and even came out and picked up my car during a thunder storm. I’ll add he had to get on the ground to hook some stuff up. I was impressed to see an elderly man do all of this. Lol Needless to say he got there in a timely fashion, was patient and picked up the car and dropped it off where I needed it to go with no damage. Not to mention these guys had THE BEST price out of all the tow services I spoke to. So thanks to that guy. I highly recommend this tow service over any of the others!

Had to call for 2 different incidents. One he came fast and did a great job. The other he just kept telling me "I'll be there in 45 mins" and I gave up after 5 hours.
