I went there and wanted to buy a box of Air Bar Bananas Shake the man said he was out he did get on the phone and find some the person on the phone charge him 20.00 a box he turn around and wanted to charge me 160.00 a box I asked why so high he said because cigarette taxes went up

I thought this was an awesome vape shop until I tried to return a new battery charger I had purchased my first visit that had malfunctioned, a week after purchase.Prior to this encounter Id never visited and had zero transactions at this establishment. After the unit broke I waited until i was able to get some time off from work and returned to the shop but unfortunately I forgot the charger. I explained the situation to the boy at the counter and was told that it wasn't a problem and to just bring it in and I would receive a credit. I was fine with that and proceeded to make another purchase. I returned today and was laughed at and bullied by the clerk and his customers after they refused to honor the return promised by the other boy I'd spoken with earlier. I've never been so embarrassed or disrespected by a store especially after spending over $300 with them in only two visits. It was an overall horrible experience. I'll never spend another penny in that store. Prices suck, atmosphere sucks , juice selection sucks.

Well for beginners I work on the tug boats and well my mod went swimming with out me. So called these guys up to see if I could pay over the phone for MOD/Tank/with extra batteries and have someone pick up and bring to my office. Well that didnt work out so the other guy Tyler let me cash app him the money to assure payment was made. Mr. Bill offered to deliver the items to the dock that I was stationed at. I was shocked that he offered to do so. Although the MOD I paid for wasnt what I had received it was still fine. Because he personally took it upon himself to help me out, due to the situation I was in. I highly recommend these guys.
