Horrible! I had a reservation that was not honored. I had to work late so I called to see if my husband could pick it up. I was given a very dismissive answer of "it should be fine" without even asking me my name or res. number. But it wasn't fine. He had to come and pick me up and then we had to rush to try and get it before they closed. My husband made a joke about being mad so I commented that I had called that morning. The man was offended and threatened to withhold my car from me. I mentioned that all I was saying was that a little bit more customer service would've been appreciated. He told me that I "should've known I would have to come in". Well, that's why I called in the first place. But I was shocked at how aggressive he became so I commented that things escalated very quickly. He then handed me back my ID and told me to go somewhere else. At 5:30. I had a funeral 3 hours away the next day.The worst part is... I called to file a complaint to enterprise and after a week they still haven't contacted me about it. So I guess they don't really care how their branches treat customers. He had done this in front of 3 other people and none of them intervened.They did me a favor though. I borrowed a friend's truck and saved a couple hundred dollars.

The car rental company ruined my wedding and honeymoon plans by failing to honor my reservation and renting the car to a walk-in customer even after I made three reservations. I had to cancel my planned honeymoon to Colorado and go to Texas instead.

I had a reservation for 8am. I was in the parking lot at 7:45am. We went to the doors at 8 & they were locked. No biggie. Once inside we had to wait for a lady & 15 minutes later she arrived with an attitude didn't greet us and was rude to her co worker as well. She proceeded to tell me that my reservation wasn't valid because there was no card available but when she had something she would call. She rudely dismissed us. Customer service was horrible.

I love how Shawnta took care of me after my car was total. The pick up and drop off service was amazing and both porters Shawn and an older gentleman made great ride conversation. However, Enterprise company needs to stop pushing surveys. I’m dealing with a very stressful situation of a major car wreck and I keep getting bother by phone calls and texts to complete surveys which is not helping my situation from the moss bluff location where I dropped off the car. I don’t blame the employees, they are all went out and above for the job. But the reminders for a survey is a bit much. Enterprise company needs to ease up on that.

The manager of the car rental office, Taylor Kaough, was extremely helpful. She quickly reserved six vehicles for me, confirmed two others, and arranged for the rental of three more for pickup at the Lafayette airport. Her knowledge of the electronic system and the people in Lafayette saved me a drive to Lafayette. Great job Taylor!

Terrible customer service! Not informed on their vehicle lot or reservations. Front desk lady was very rude and unprofessional.

Staff seems surprised that I am not happy about driving a vehicle that reeks of cigarette smoke. Seems overwhelmed and not completely trained.

I definitely had a bad experience. My rental left me on side of the road and I was told that I would have to find a way to the nearest enterprise to get another rental.

If I could give this rental place lower than one star I would.I made reservations for a vehicle days in advance, I called the store several times to confirm that they would have a vehicle available. The day came to pick up my vehicle, I call the morning of to confirm again. They told me the vehicle I was renting was being cleaned and would be available by noon. I get to the store at noon only to be told they had no vehicle available. The lady assured me that she would call me back because she was getting a company van that I could rent instead. So I left with the understanding that they would still fulfill the rental. I called them for hours with no avail. I finally get to the store to discover that they had closed the store down and evacuated without even a courtesy call. My family was left scrambling try to figure out how we would evacuate from the storm. I am angry at how the whole situation was handled and wouldn’t recommend using this company to anyone I care about.

Service was ok. The real issue is due to covid you have to wait outside for an employee to come out, get your info and prepare your car. It’s hot in Louisiana. Come on now- you can Atleast plug a fan in outside for customers that have to wait outside for a half house or More.They could do better!!
