I have been going to CVS for years. They're always courteous and friendly. I've interacted with the whole staff and never had any problems.

Refills, every time they want to overcharge, they make a mistake on price and make you pay by re-printing the label, the African American women us so rude, short, incompetent with no customer service experience. The worst CVS in the US..
