Awful service. I asked the lady a question about deposing a check and she takes the check out of my hand and starts depositing it without answering my question THEN makes a PERSONAL phone call while helping me. And now I can’t use the money on that check that she deposited without me telling her to. Thanks chase! What a great bank!

Chase Bank is the worst bank I have ever banked with in my life they have overdraw me on three different occasions after a week passed it took out overdrawn me leaving me in the red when im a week away from pay day they told me within 2-3 days it should have took out is what the lady told me she did not correct nor did her supervisor so left me in the red will never bank with this bank or any another chase bank ever again 6/18/22 good bye chase bank my advice to everyone is do not bank with these guys

We we're at this location this morning and waited for 45 minutes to speak with someone about a loan. no one asked if we needed any help much less acknowledge us. They were busy talking to themselves about going on vacation instead of helping customers. How rude!!! We will be closing all our accounts and going elsewhere with our money.

Absolute dumpster fire of a financial institution!!!During the rebuilding period of our area after two back to back hurricanes this poor excuse of a bank’s tellers informed me that there is a limit of 1500$ that you can cash if you are not a member of their bank. Contrary to what the banks actual website states. So my customers that write me a check for repairs to their home are screwed because their bank won’t cash THEIR OWN CHECK!!!!!!Too bad I can’t give them zero stars!!!

If social security checks are paid to you early this bank will not give you the money until the 3rd of the month this has been going on for a few months now. I get a text stating I’m negative in my account but social security paid me the day before but chase bank is holding the money until the 3rd so they can try to charge me. There has been changes that I do not like with this bank I have had my account with them for 15 - 20 years I am trying to find another bank now this is really sad after all these years.

Great branch. The bankers I worked with to retrieve archived checks were patient, helpful, and kind. A huge shout out is in order for Mia. Not only was she polite and professional in our interactions, but followed up with me throughout the day until the issue was resolved. Keep up the good work!

Horrible customer service. Very rude every time I go in there. I just started going to the one in lake Charles and is worth driving the extra 15 minutes.
