One tip, if your rental is booked online or by your employer, call the local office to make sure they actually have your car because the online booking will confirm a reservation even if the local branch doesn't have a car for you! I was a little bummed out because they don’t offer pick ups and drop offs anymore, but when an employee is willing to stay an hour late to keep you from being stranded it really gives me hope in humanity again.
