This new Bill Pay "Service" is terrible. No one knows or it may not be possible in the new and upgraded system to change the amount on a recurring bill. Like Entergy which may be $175 one month and $250 the next. Before the new and better system, all you had to do was go into Bill Pay and make a temporary monthly change for the exact bill amount. That is no longer available. You must delete the old biller then replace it with a new biller (but the same payee) and with the new amount. Obviously I'm not going to do that every month. It would be simpler just to go back to paper checks. WJG

This location closes 30-90 minutes early every week. The sign says 5pm, but doors lock and phones are no longer answered before closing. This has been the sole reason for changing banks for many people in this area. Can this be fixed? New hours need to be posted, or the current hours need to be honored.

Drive thru is usually a 20-30 minute wait. Very unproductive. Need more tellers with more experience.

Can you get the girl some freaking help at the drive up. You have a line of 15 cars waiting to be serviced and the line hasn't moved other then because people got tired of waiting and left.

Went in last month and terrible customer service. After waiting for over an hour for the lady to come back from lunch so I could get some documents signed, a different lady told me when I came back that it wouldn't be easy to do and it would take weeks for it to be approved. They basically turned me away after waiting at least 2 hours. I never even saw the lady who I was initially waiting on because I got turned away. It was as if no one wanted to do their job, but didn't mind wasting my day. I've worked in customer service and management for years and this is not good customer service whatsoever.

Had an account here for 15 years. Teller told me he couldn't cash my checks. His boss came over and said I don't think he's passing bad checks. I looked at the teller and asked is that why you wouldn't cash my checks, I look like a thief? I withdrew my money and took my business to a different bank branch. Capital one is horrible, both their banks and their cards.

This is absolutely the worst bank to go.They team up in bundles to make you look like a crook. This whole team of employees needs to be replace with better customer service.Bad for business!!!If it was up to me it will be a no star rating.I felt like I was Racially profiled.Being in customer service business for 16 years in management. I was taught to never make a customer feel uncomfortable coming in to a business. Make them feel welcome and invited.I'm sad to say I didn't get that.
