Worst service I’ve ever had out of any service I’ve had in my life! Since we got it a year ago, service has been out 75% of the time. They won’t refund you unless you call the day it goes out which is hard if it’s a secondary home, and they will not refund until the service is restored. This time, it’s been 8 days since I reported my service out and no contact from them. The last time it was three weeks. I highly recommend avoiding this company if at all possible.

This is by far the worst internet company I have ever had!! I have had service with this company for less than a month. This is the second time I’ve had to call because my service has went out. Take in mind the first time it took 4 days for them to come out and fix it. Now it is out again and it’s a holiday weekend so no telling how long it will take them to come out now. So if it takes them the same amount of time this time I’m only getting service 2/3 of the time but I bet my bill is for service the whole time. Guess that’s one way to get a big profit margin owning a company only give the customer 2/3 off what they buy

We had Dish in Texas and had terrible issues with signal loss due to weather. Not the case with fiber. Our home Wi-Fi supports 3-4 users, including 2 gamers.

As we begin a new journey with yet ANOTHER communication company, I have to say that today I was greeted by 2 smiling faces and very pleasurable attitudes.Abbie (who is new) and Ashley walked me through the process and got me signed up for my service.Abbie took the reigns...struggling some and needed some help but remained part of the process happily and earger to learn from Ashley.Thanks to these two ladies for their help and friendly attitudes.I hope the rest of my stay is as pleasant.

I closed my account on may 12 they said I would have to wait 3 cycles before I would get my refund of 195.14 in September no refund came it’s been 5 months still no refundNotified theBbb they checked it out check was suppose to come Gus’s what still no check WHAT IS WRONG WIH THESE PEOPLE

Our service has gone in and out for months. I've spent, literally, hours on the phone to get problems resolved. They finally gave me a credit for periods of time I was out of internet, yet it doesn't make up for the trouble I've been through with them. Unfortunately the alternative company, Vyve, is worse.

Short and simple. I cancelled service and cannot get my refund for credit balance of $58.87. I have called 7 times over the last 6 months. The first call - oh - you'll receive your refund in a cople of weeks. Then - it will be a month. Then - it will be 3 billing cycles... and so on and so on. I love the fact that I have all those calls recorded as proof. I called yesterday and today - they say it will be mailed - but refuse to give me a date it will be mailed. It's been SIX MONTHS. I see from the previous BBB complaints - this apparently is their scam. The staff is incompetent and dishonest, just like the company. I look forward to posting additional reviews on multiple websites. They've wasted my time - so now I'm going to waste some of theirs... SMH. #Idiots

I find it ironic that Cameron Communications can sell phone service but not answer their own phones. Net was in and out when we had it. Would not recommend unless it was a last resort. There's so many bad things I could say but it would take too much of my precious time. Best advice I can give is avoid if possible. I'm so glad we are cutting our service.

Call in twice they have know idea what going on my internet is so slow took cable out of router and put straight in computer now I have no internet call twice and technician has know ideal what going on and talking about

Use any other service provider if you have the option to do so. Cameron communication is the only option i have in my area to my utter dismay. Never have I encountered such poor response time. I have been waiting two months to get internet to my home and still being told I have to wait even longer with no end in sight. They provide no solutions or help to alleviate the issues. Worst service I have ever dealt with.
