The guy in the store would not help my girlfriend when she had a problem with her tire. It's 3 pm and he told her she have to come tomorrow when he was just sitting there and no one in the store and only I car in the shop getting worked on. And there was 2 guys there. 3 hours before they closed

-1 star.My daughter set an appointment to get her oil changed. We were using caradvise. the gentleman there told me they never use them before he never heard of them and that they only use two companies one out of New York and one from somewhere else. I called CarAdvise tires to find out if they still use them. The lady explain to me that they are definitely affiliate with them. They have done multiple jobs there and she doesn't know why he would say that I had already left the store, so she was not able to talk to him but I would definitely not use them because the attitude of the guy.I asked him if he was the manager and he said he was I didn't get his name but at this point, I would not want him to touch my vehicle so I would definitely advise you to go somewhere else on customer service alone.

they sold us a defected tire, after we realized the tire was defected we brought it back (less than a week) they tried to blame us for the tire defect and scam us into buying another tire. save your time, money and patience and just go to the pumpelly next door.** I did get another tire place to look at the tire and was told Tire Choice damaged the tire while putting it on my rim.**

Quite literally brought it in to get the tire patched from a screw being in it (Brought in with screw) took about 30-45 mins when they were done I couldn’t find my card the man generously said merry Christmas and sent me on my way for free get home same screw still in my tire

Took my spouses vehicle in for regular maintenance check up and a oil change. Heather and Justin were absolutely amazing. The vibe the two put off was something you don't get much other places these days, will definitely be returning thanks to them!

Called this place and asked what's the wait time. The man proceeded to tell me there wasn't one to just come on. We was 1 mile down the road. 1 MILE. Pulled up and they was working on a ride but had a bay open, but yet told us they had an appointment for someone. So we went ahead and took the tire off to make things flow smoother and hopefully faster. Well while waiting someone pulls up and they tell us it'll be another 30 or so more minutes. An hr later we just left.

We were traveling to lake Charles and noticed a vibration on one of the tires. We found this tire service place in Sulphur, LA. on our way. They took care of our tire problem, the service manager - Justin- was excellent.
