Brandt was our salesman for Envision purchase. We would say he went above our expectations explaining everything from financing to operation of vehicle. He should be given an A+ on his performance rating this year. Also, the atmosphere at dealership was very calming and relaxing which we appreciated very much.

Just cannot say enough about this dealership. Starting with the salesman Kade which was the first person I spoke with. Very attentive and knowledgeable.Charlie (Manager) Alex (Finance) were AMAZING! I felt everyone was open and honest. They said let's make this happen and they did. Just as promised! I will always think of this dealership first and refer anyone looking for a vehicle to them. In fact already have.I had been to 8 dealerships locally and in contact with 2 out of state. My search stopped at All Star Buick. I have the perfect car for me and could not be happier .

I tried other dealerships and they were nothing in comparison. I felt comfortable and informed in my decision. I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to hide anything to trick me. Dillan took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, the pace I was looking, and even the communication method. Everyone made me feel like family immediately and even helped to entertain my daughter during the buying process. I will definitely buy from them again if I can ever let go of my car in the future.

This is the second vehicle we purchased at All Star Buick GMC, and once again they hit a home run. It was a fantastic experience from the first phone call thru the final signature. They listen to what you need and offer great advice but aren't pushy, only helpful! They found us EXACTLY what we wanted, at the price point we wanted. I will always shop here and recommend to anyone I know who is in the market for a new vehicle. They surpassed all expectations, again!

From the start to the end of my experience with All Star Pontiac GMC, I was treated with respect and courtesy. Kade Guillory was very attentive, open, and honest. I have heard horror stories about how women have been treated at dealerships during the buying process, but I have to say I experienced none of this at All Star. I am extremely happy with what I was offered on my trade in, and I feel that I made a great deal on my 2023 GMC Terrain. It was a wonderful experience all the way through. Kade was great, and I will continue to recommend All Star to my family and friends.

The service team at Allstar Buick GMC Truck Inc. is second to none. Even when something doesn’t go like initially planned, they come out and acknowledge it, apologize, and then fix it. They aren’t just making a sell and then forgetting about you.

Drove from Youngsville, LA without contacting anyone at the dealership. Was greeted by my salesman Reed Dillan on the dealership lot. Checked out the truck I wanted and purchased it. It was the easiest most stress free experience I ever had buying a vehicle. Only took a few hours and everyone at the dealership was great. I will be back to visit them at All Star GMC in the future and send family and friends.

All Star GMC provided PHENOMENAL service to my family and I. My 2021 Yukon had lifter failure twice and I just knew we had a long and frustrating road ahead. Scott in the service dept was so kind and such a blessing. He was communicative through out the entire process and he ensured my family and I had suitable transportation while our car was at the dealership. We will now be lifelong customers of All Star GMC! We truly appreciate how kind we were treated and we weren't in the market for a new truck but after that service how could you not support this dealership! See you all very very soon!

A wonderful dealership and service department. I have taken my truck there for warranty work (malfunction indicator light on, def system malfunction, etc.) and they are very friendly, quick, and easy to work with. They work with Geico and all I have to pay is the deductible. There was one time where something took several weeks, but that is because they had to backorder a part, which was way beyond their control.

If you want to buy a diesel truck that has had all the emissions deleted this is the dealership for you. Brought it to the attention of the sales manager Jessie who denied the truck was deleted there, but I have the proof where they bought the truck,who the previous owner was and what dealership he traded it to.He is the most condescending person I have met in awhile, tried to talk to the owner but he is never there anymore supposedly. I can't even get it inspected legally now. Had extended warranty on the truck had a claim which was denied because of the delete.My extended warranty was cancelled for that reason no refund, truck is flagged in the system so if I spent the money to put it back to oem I still can't get any warranty.

So first dropping off keys was not secure. The bay doors open so anyone driving up could have access to my keys. The envelopes when putting keys in were all sealed so the envelope tears when opening. No conversation about the car. I love the dealership & the sales people. Your service department has ALOT to improve on customer service.

Bought a 70k used diesel truck there, had extended warranty, had a issue with my truck, was denied on repairs due to the fact my truck had been deleted, tried to rectify the problem with Jessie the sales manager but no help. Against federal law for a dealership to sell a deleted truck except to a auction or wholesaler. The extended warranty company reported my truck as deleted so I can't get any warranty in the future. contacted the previous owner who verified he traded in already deleted. Reported them to an agency in Louisiana who turned it over to the proper federal environmental authorities now. They still have the opportunity to reach out to me and do the right thing because this will not go away.

The overall experience was stellar. This was a representative service and supported example of what GM should aspire. We were amidst interstate traveling and had a trip disruption issue with our Yukon Denali. The compassion, understanding and consideration everyone provided was felt. Their actions were seen and resulted in our being able to continue on our journey in relatively short order. Tracey (appointment/cashier) provided initial empathy and immediately brought our dilemma to the service manager, Terry. He greeted us upon arrival to the service entry. He put us at ease and expressed the intention to diagnose, address and get us on the road as soon as possible. He had his ace tech, Brent, quickly lend an ear to discern the possible problem. This was immediately followed by the vehicle going into the bay. Scott took us through the process, kept the paperwork to a necessary minimum, kept us abreast of progress, provided some sage advice and even offered a life lesson learned from his father. This team rocked. I offer my appreciation and gratitude for their human kindness.
