Set up for them to take payments out automatically on the 1st of the month..they didn't do it until the 2nd then charged me a late charge. Really ..you're fault not mine

I paid 24 months on my furniture I went and picked up my ownership papers, (But) I asked for my total I paid for it wasn't any where on the papers I received. Makes not wanting to buy any thing else.

When you call they don’t answer. ive recently bought a washer and dryer from them. They came out delivered it and set it up. Well my wife goes to wash first load of clothes my whole laundry room is covered in water. ( we called them and they said we needed to take pics and send it in so they can make a claim, well we did just that and they said someone will reach out to you. Well it’s going on 2 weeks and haven’t heard from anyone) and when you call to get an update they just let the phones ring and ring.

Some of the worst customer experience I’ve ever encountered! Great quality product, but the customer service!! They damn near never answer the phone when called. The EZpay that they use for monthly payments is always acting up… I dont know what else to say… i wish i could say I’ve had a good experience with this company

Store was vary rude to me refused to lease to me because my sister had account with them they waited until the day my stuff was scheduled to be delivered to tell me I can’t have it I will never get anything from this store again because of vary rude employees

Since moving to their new location on Prien lake they have an entirely new staff . New manager is great ,professional and really went out of her way to help me get the bed I wanted ....she drove to texas to pivk it up because she couldn't get it shipped!! Mrs Lisa was amazing that day and every time I call in she asks how I am . Just a really genuinely sweet girl.

Waited 3 days for my washing machine to be delivered and wasn't even put on the roster for delivery when they showed up they sit it down in my living room with no setup and the hoses didn't have gaskets in it so it would leak water every where

My mom did the 24 months same as cash deal. The salesman messed up the first order, the correct order was delivered 2 days after the promise date without her adjustable base power cord and remote. We paid the bill in full within 2 weeks of receiving the incomplete order with empty promises from management of next day getting the power cord and remote. It took 6 months for another manager to finally order another adjustable base and a month later my mom finally has everything she paid for 7 months ago!

I am sure they are probably good but I have had a bad experience. Twice in 2 days they attempted to deliver without contacting me to ensure I was home. I work full time so it has to be coordinated by a phone call. Absolutely no contact was made with me by their store. I ordered online and was told my product was not in store because I ordered online. After 5 days I called the toll free number and was told my order had been in store for 3 days. Now they want to try to deliver in a week because of my work schedule after I spent my entire Saturday waiting for delivery only to still not have my merchandise.The story goes on but too long to review. Anyway, I canceled my order and will not deal with them again.

I have had the best experience with them I bought a futon couch from them and two beds and they have always fix the problem if I've ever had any problems with them and they've helped me if I've been laid on a payment they're really a good company to work with to buy from
