My mom was 50$ short on the rent bc The new people raised the rent . No one was ever in the office bc they stayed in Texas. They locked my locker & wouldn't let me get my stuff . Even tho I offered the receptionist to pay the missing 50 for 1 month. They ended up saying I owed over 1,000 $ but sold my unit for 74$. Why couldn't I have just paid the 50 bucks for march? Didn't miss any other payments . Rent was 89.00 but they went up to 116.00. . that's insane. Evidently They do not have good people working there now to not be able to take my money but charge me 1000$. They are only about making money. Don't matter how old & disabled my mom was ! That's sad.

My experience with Ashley Storage in Sterlington has been incredible. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the units are great. The area is kept clean and well lit. If you have storage needs for either climate controlled units or conventional ones, I highly recommend Ashley Storage.
