“Thank you a wonderful shopping experience!I will not lie, but I normally (mostly out of force of habit and knowing the layout) go to the other "Dollar" store in town. When I arrived at that store at 8:00 p.m. tonight, Saturday, May 2, 2022, to my shock and surprise they were CLOSED! I attached a photo I took of the notice posted on the other "Dollar" store's door. They closed at 6:00 p.m.I was impressed with the cleanliness of Family Dollar, the wide isles, and the very friendly staff. The prices are comparable to the other store, on most items that I noticed. I'm not sure if they have a deal with the Coca-Cola company, but the other "Dollar" store has the 6-pack, 16.9L Cokes for 3 for $11, must buy three. Other than that everything was easily findable, very clean store, the shelves were stocked and nicely organized, and again your staff is very friendly.I tried to download the Family Dollar app while I was in the store but it was just too so because of my phone service. But I will certainly download it now!I appreciate and respect an employee who works in customer service and takes the time to make EYE CONTACT while conversing with you, to make sure that you found everything that you were looking for, wishes you a great day/night, AND SAYS THANK YOU as you leave!I promise that I am not a friend or a family member of either of the employees that I came across today at your store! “Clean, organized, clear isles, helpful and customer service oriented staff. Great sale prices, plenty of room in the parking lot. Impressed with this one as other DG in Texas are no where close to being this up kept! I travel all over the states and shop at different DG at least 4x a week. 5+ stars!”

“As someone who works at the store I can say a lot more about it and confirm its one of the good dollar general we have our issues with the systems but that is ok for being as old as they are and as for our customer service I can say that for me I'd rather my customers leave feeling as though they found a new store they want to go to more even if they don't get any items we try out hardest to keep as much of our back stock off the floor and keep the shelves as full as they can be and make sure to not run out of our essentials and if anyone has issues finding a product we are more than happy to help you find the items you're looking for our managers are top notch and are very nice and are more than willing to help get things situated if a problem may arise (also regarding nearly all reviews that are negative they are from an age long past back when there was another manager and crew working now its a whole new manager and a whole new crew and we're ready to make our customers happy and have their selves a new store to go to)”
