Salesman I dealt with said they don't warranty spark plugs. I even showed him that on their official website with the plug number that it has a 3 year warranty and he still refused to warranty it. I used to work there and I know for a fact it is against O'Reilly's rules and regulations for him to do that. UPDATE went in the next day and spoke with the manager who also refused to warranty the spark plug. Wouldn't even look up on the account that it was bought under. I contacted the O'Reilly's in Magnolia and they have no problems warranting the plug. Told the Springhill manager that and got told to carry myself to magnolia. Without a doubt the most unprofessional and rudest O'Reilly's I have ever been too.

Always excelent, need I say more. Went for a recharge for my AC they filled it and nice and cool. Skip the shop take it to O'Reillys. PS: Tip the guy that does it for you. Thats nice of them so do it!!! I did :)
