My wife and I stayed at Carter's Plantation this past weekend, in for a wedding. Childers was a fantastic find!!! Had coffee and breakfast there on Saturday and Sunday. Locals place that makes ya feel welcomed. Eggs, Bacon, Grits, Biscuits and Gravy. Perfect!!

This place is a hidden gem!!! The workers are friendly, down to earth good people. The daily specials are huge! And delicious. You definitely do not need to reach for the salt and pepper...everything is seasoned perfectly!!! If you are near Springfield/Holden LA stop on in. You won't leave hungry.
