“Is this the only big department store in this locality? It doesn't even matter because they have everything. Needed a last minute suit for my hard-to-fit kid for a wedding, and we were able to find a fashionable outfit from top to toe with no problem. It was a little more than I wanted to pay, but I didn't have to drive around town looking for bits and pieces, so that made it worthwhile alone. The lady in the kids department was also the saleslady for the kids' shoes. She was the only employee at the time, but she was on top of it. I was surprised at how well she served each family and was so pleasant.”

“Small store, but the sales associates were awesome. They were very patient and helped me the entire time while I was searching for the perfect gift for my sister's birthday. She's really particular, and they didn't have exactly what she would've wanted, but the associate found a different set that was just as nice. Then she let me smell nearly a whole shelf of perfumes before I found the right one. Talk about a great sales lady! She didn't try to make me feel bad about being so difficult.”
“We called ahead to make sure they take walk ins on the weekend, although our drive was an hour away they told us they could fit us in. They offered champagne once we started looking at bridal dresses. Being the second place we looked at I was very new to knowing what I liked vs what I didn't, they were patient and open to me trying on as many dresses as it took. Robin personally took care of us and was very kind, she looked up some ideas on Pinterest for me to visualize how to style the dress, which was very helpful. Everyone was very kind and very honest about what looked good. Overall I would recommend this to any new bride looking for a very welcoming environment. My only complain was the curtains in the dressing room weren't completely secure, I would've felt much better if there were hooks to hold the curtains on the sides.”
