The employees are rude, unprofessional, and very inconsistent. Yesterday I was at this location and took out a cash advance for 2500 from an account I have in Texas. Today went to one of the Gause locations to do the same and they said that they are only allowed to do 2000 a day. I explained to them that I was able to do 2500 just the day before and they said they still couldn’t. I asked to speak to a manager and was told to go sit in the waiting area. I waited for 20 minutes and no manager. I got back in line and finally some lady not sure if she was a manager or not tells me that she called the other location and that they messed up the day before. So I left and went back to this location and they were rude also and told me that the other location called them to tell them not to do more than 2000. I later called the customer service and asked them what the daily limit is for a cash advance is and they said that the only limit for a cash advance is what my other bank allows, which is 2500 a day. I will be changing banks soon due to poor customer service and inconsistent business.

The service rendered by Mrs. Sonya Williams was excellent! She was kind, knowledgeable and informative. Though I only opened a checking account today, the service encouraged me to soon open a savings account as well. I look forward to banking with Whitney for years to come!
