Pharmacy is slow to fill and lines are long but that could be fixed if Walgreens would increase the staff. They won't but they could fix it if corporate wanted to.

I won't speak for the whole pharmacy staff but I've felt very discriminated against at least 3 times I've used the pharmacy there. You can assume I'm just being a Karen but I don't feel it necessary to specify the exact details unless someone direct from the store asks me. Just that it is something that I've experienced the few times I've gone there over the last 3 years. Like.. there's not much someone can come up with to discriminate about you when you've only gone there less than a handful of times over 3 years and every time I was treated very rudely by pharmacy specifically.

Worst pharmacy in America let alone the city of Slidell, LA. They can’t ever get anything right. My orders are always getting changed to the wrong amount. My copays are never the same. My insurance does not change. The people that work here are incompetent & rude.

This store, especially the pharmacy, is the epitome of incompetence, laziness, ambivalence "stupidity". I have had nothing but problems, issues, delays, miscommunication, misinformation and hours of time lost on hold and in line. I never thought I would move to Covington yet here I am. I have been to the Walgreens there twice and have gotten better service in those two visits than I have in six months of visits to the store. There's never been a line. The people are always helpful. Imagine that?! when I get someone on the phone, they can actually answer my questions and the answers they give me are the correct ones and they agree with what other people say. (As opposed to the revolving door of answers, you may or may not get from military road.) the absolute icing on the cake though was the other day when I tried to transfer a prescription from military to Covington. Called military and asked them to do it and was greeted by a lovely (very heavy sarcasm) person named Tran. He told me that the people at the Covington store were either stupid or lazy and that if they wanted to call him he could walk them through the process of transferring my prescriptions . But he wasn't going to do it. I called the Covington store back and relay this information to them. Being the professionals that they are, as opposed to the whatever gets hired at military, they didn't make a comment other than to chuckle. And offered to take care of my transfer for me immediately. Oh, and my prescriptions were ready within an hour. Unlike military where it takes days for prescriptions to get ready. And again no line at the drive-through. Go to military Road only if you want to have a stroke because you want your blood pressure to reach record levels at the utterridiculous lack of professionalism and ability on display.

For the last few months, there has been a problem with my prescriptions EVERY SINGLE TIME! I have used this pharmacy for the past 20 years, but will be changing to CVS. The incompetence is completely unacceptable!

I'm honestly not one to leave negative reviews but the staff here are completely incompetent.. MULTIPLE times I've come trying to pick up my child's medication over a weeks period. The Last time I was told it would be ready later that evening but I was unable to come until 2 days later. I get there and they tell me it was never filled.. Even though the MANAGER was the one who told me it'd be ready that day. THIS is also not the first time this has happened. This has been an ongoing issues all year but the last straw. I'll be taking our service to another pharmacy. Which is unfortunate because I've been using this one for over 10 years.

Worst pharmacy ever!! I had a script sent to them. They said it would be there in 2 days they still don't have it. I keep getting hung up on after hours of being on hold. Terrible customer service!!!

I don't know what has happened. The last six months or so the service has gotten horrible. Not a place to go if one is disabled or has difficulty standing. The lines are terrible both in the store and at the drive thru. I'm seriously looking at moving my medication to CVS. Nothing been bea worse experience than this. Whoever these new people are working the pharmacy must be the very bottom of the barrel. Not a good place at all anymore

Worst customer service experience, waited 4 hours and my script isn't ready. Waited 20 minutes at the window for them after thier lunch break just to be told come back in 4 more hours. Last time I ever go here
