I was told to come back in 2 hours for an antibiotic. Came back in four, was told to come back the next day. I literally have parts of my body inflamed with pus and have to wait for a simple antibiotic.
Take your business elsewhere, being 24hrs is not good enough of a reason to go here.

Tricia at Front Street drive thru has an attitude and should be reprimanded for the way she talked to me. I hope they recorded our interaction. She was rude and insisted my medicine was not ready when it was. THE APP SAID IT WAS. She wanted me to come back the next day like it was no problem after waiting 20 minutes in line. She finally made a flimsy effort after I insisted and found my prescriptions. They need to do better or I'm moving my business to CVS.

Was yelled at by employee to hurry up because I was "taking to long" at the time of around 8 pm. I just walked into the aisle and was trying to find the correct item (tampons) whenever she told me to hurry up and get out, and if I wasn't going to buy anything that I should leave. I paid for my stuff and while walking out she said that she was going to close the doors as she was tired of people coming in. (This was a couple of weeks ago but still terrible serivce)

If I could give a negative review I would. I will start that my family and I have had multiple problems with this store and now it extends beyond the pharmacy. My daughters pediatrician called in a script between 830 & 9 this morning. We left Slidell for a family funeral, get back here between 1 & 130.. We pull up to the window and the employee said nothing was called in. Thankfully our pediatrician was the DR on call tis weekend. HE calls be back saying he was just on hold for 12 minutes trying to check on the status. They tell him oh I found it, give us 30. No sooner do I get off the phone with him and the store is calling saying it's ready. Yeah someone there is lying(and it's not the Dr). I go there to pick up the RX I asked what the procedure was for when a dr calls in a scrip. Basically a VM and the pharmacist checks and fills. While I'm talking to the pharmacist she's rolling her eyes and saying I don't know what happened this morning but we are really busy. Im telling here that there have been so many issues with this pharmacy, she could care less. Fine I will let corrp handle it. I start to leave and (now I know is the manager) I almost bump into and I apologize and she grunts at me. I then go up front and ask to speak with another manager. He walks up and again could care less as him employees text while working the register. As I am talking to him and telling him the issues I am having with the staff and what's going on the staff insists on making their comments as to what I am saying.The staff here is rude and unprofessional and could care less about what the community thinks or needs from them.

Bad experience. Was told in a hour but ended up next day. Waited til next day. Went to pick it up and prescription was ready to be mailed and not pick up. After another hour wait.Walmart for the win

Didn’t get the name of this person as she was not wearing any type of identification! But she is a cashier with a low haircut like a fade! She is extremely rude for no good reason! I witnessed her be pleasant to the first two customers ahead of me and as soon as it was my turn her attitude completely shifted and she was extremely aggressive and rude to me with no reason whatsoever! I greeted her to which she did not respond and she had a bad attitude with me throughout my entire transaction, after which she pretty much threw my receipt to me before saying,”she looking all crazy” to another employee as I was walking out! As long as she is employed there, I will never visit again. I have never been handled so rudely in my entire life! AND FOR ZERO REASON! She needs to find herself a different job if she can’t treat everyone equally!

Do NOT rely on this pharmacy for your medication. They will give you the runaround until the weekend when your Dr isn't available. If it's a life saving medication, take it elsewhere because they don't care. You will go weeks without your medicine. If they tell you it's ready, make sure you are speaking with the location and not the "call center". They DON'T CARE!

I'm giving a 5 star review because of the good employee I dealt with.
First off, I placed an online order for a snowglobe. It sent me a notification saying that the order had been fulfilled, and was ready for pickup.
This location is about a 30 minute drive from me, so, I called first to confirm that they had the snow globe in stock and that they had put it to the side for me to pick it up.
The first woman I spoke too, transferred me while I was explaining, like in the middle of me talking.
The next person I talked to, when I explained that I was trying to verify the order had been fulfilled, she said that they did not have the snow globe in the store yet. and not to trust the online inventories. and that they didnt have any of that stuff in the store yet. This was around 10am.
Went ahead and drove over there. Went to the photo counter to pick up my snowglobe, and sure enough the order had been fulfilled and set aside in the back. The woman working the photo counter, Her name started with an "A" but my phone autocorrected her name to "amish". But SHE was helpful and nice and professional. and that would've been around 11:30am.
