I was immediately greeted when I walked in the door and Ms. Tammy was AWESOME! She helped me find the right product, gave me some make-up tips & was so knowledgeable and sincere.

I went shopping a week ago. There weren't many customers in the store. I wanted to buy sunscreen, skin care products and makeup. I needed the sales lady to help me, but the employees were chatting with each other and no salesperson was helping me. I waited for them for half an hour and left. The employees were rude.

I came in to get some makeup for the first time, and Mulan went above and beyond to help me. She was so sweet, professional, and helpful. She gave me everything I needed to do my makeup, and she taught me how to apply it. If it wasn't for her, I would not have gotten anything. I came in one time before, and I didn't know what to get or where to begin, so I walked out. I came in today to try again, and she greeted me and got me everything I needed. She was absolutely amazing.

Vega at the benefit brow bar does AMAZING! She takes her time and really listens to what you want. I get compliments all the time!

While I LOVE Ulta... I HATE this location. I've to give this location a chance... many times. Between the managers being out right rude and unhelpful and how the store is never organized/clean. I don't understand it. I've been coming to Ulta for years! I'm a diamond member of 5 years. The loyalty status means nothing in a store like this that is being ran by managers that don't care. Anytime I have a question or can't find something NO ONE wants to help. Today was the first time some attempted to help me and she shared it was her 3rd day. She couldn't really help me because she didn't have a key to open the draw but shortly after I asked an old woman and he just said "we don't have that" and walked away. Please. Please. Please. Fix the management here. This is so so sad.

Went in to exchange a lipstick color that didn't work for me. I was getting the same thing in a different color and they wouldn't do an even exchange. The selection on the product I wanted was horrible and I ended up not getting a new color.

Salon service is usually pretty good, but on my last service I was told I’d be charged an additional $30 for the hot style that comes with the signature cut! I understand my hair is extremely thick and long but this is a hair salon! If it’s included it should be included. Do people with extra short hair pay less? No. $30 on top of an already $60 haircut for something that is included for every other person out there is absolutely ridiculous. Also, answer your freaking phones!! Been trying to call this location to check product availability for 3 days and they will not answer!! Corporate please do something about this! It is absolutely horrible business and customer service not to mention downright rude! If you’re closing early great! Post it on your website or change the automated message on the phone to tell your guests! But to just let the phones ring off the hook and not at least try to tell your customers is again just flat out rude!

Do these people ever answer their phone? That's just poor business. I've been trying to call for 3 days to book a hair appointment. I've pressed option 1 and 4 numerous times and it just rings 6 or 7 times and disconnects. Does anyone know know if they have gone out of business business ors?
