The employees are amazing here except Ashley who is the most unprofessional cashier I’ve ever encountered. She flirts with male customers (my husband included) and is extremely inappropriate.People come to tractor supply for a certain “down home” ambiance and she is NOT it.

Always fast,friendly and expedient service.I am a smaller woman buying large bags of feed and bales of hay.Employees are exceptionally helpful and will carry and load. Price is very expensive compared to local businesses yet they still seem to put them out of business? (Local provided the same service).I would rather support my old locally owned feed shops.Still a good experience.Price being my only gripe.Very large range of options for many different animals.This is a weekly stop.

Store was well stocked for all your animal needs. Grooming services looked busy. Short wait to check out. Really cute gift ideas for kids were in the middle of the store. They sell kayaks too.

Very disappointed with how rude the women are here. Called and was answered with an attitude, had no intention on helping and seemed to take out their bad mornings on the customers. Not the first time for me or other friends who shop here. Does not care for the livestock, the chicks are constantly sick and and dies whenever bought after a few days, especially the baby ducks. i’m not the only one who noticed that they are always neglected at this location in particular. Will never shop here again,& will be sure to let everyone i know about the horrible service that always abruptlybombards anyone who steps foot in here. I pray they change the staff because they are making the company as a whole look horrible,& this is after 2 months of being fed up.& This one skinny ,short wavy bolde hair guy is always making young ladies uncomfortable with his inappropriate stares. very skinny,& about 6, 6’1. look out for this location

Looked online for a small utility trailer to bring a piece of dark wood back to Oklahoma .. I found a 5x8 steel trailer with folding gate on sale. I called to put a hold on one for me, and Jake was a very kind, helpful gentleman in his making the sale with me. It did amazing loaded down on the rainy drive today!! Thank you sooo much!!

There is an associate by the name of BENJAMIN that works at the front register that is as RACISTS as they come. He will exchange pleasantries and greetings with every white customer he encounters, but will not acknowledge black customers to save his soul. I’ve watched him do it repeatedly every time I frequent the store. I’ve even recorded his interactions and they are as blatant as they come. Unfortunately, I could not upload the video here. He should be fired immediately for his lack of customer service but especially for making customers feel uncomfortable. It’s racism at its finest. I hope to share the video on other platforms soon with the hopes it goes viral so others can see what I’m saying. I will no longer spend my money at this store.

Always a great shopping experience at TSC. Only reason I didn't give five stars is that they were cleaned out of chickens and I had to go to another location.

Nice folks that still practice customer service with a smile. Yep, it's always a pleasant experience to visit this store, and it's mostly because of the great employees working there. Thanks guys and gals, keep up the smiles!

I went to the store in Slidell, LA on Tuesday to look at a riding lawn mover right before they closed. I talked with a very nice guy there who was really helpful. He told me to come back when I have more time and he would let me test drive the zero turn i was interested in and that they have a trailer i could rent to get the mower home. Fast forward to this morning. My wife and went there this morning to test drive the mower and purchase it. We went inside and said that were were there to buy a mower and rent the trailer to bring it home. We were told that they do not rent the trailer right now and that we would have to have it delivered, at a substantial cost compared to renting the trailer, and no one could tell us when it would be delivered because the assistant manager was not at the store. They told me to come back or call the store later. Basically no help at all. Needless to say we left and went straight to Home Depot where they had the same mover for the same price and they had no problem renting me a trailer. Will never shop at this store again.
