Bought a hotdog that tasted foul. I also bought a burger that I couldn’t even finish. so greasy it seemed like they deep fried it. Literally made me regurgitate!

Really 90% reserve parking and the free parking is full of dropped trailer and cars but your parking lot police want to booth trucks in reserve spots but not worry about all the drop trailers and cars in the free spot after I put 200 gallon of fuel never again

Rarely do you see people leaving good reviews so when I see something positive or an employee going above and beyond, I try to take a minute and point it out. Lots of positive things happening at the TA especially the Sammy the shower girl. Keep up the good work kid.

So this parking lot cop just told me they will boot my truck if I don't pay for reserved parking. 3/4 of this lot is reserved parking. And the free parking that's all the way in the back isn't ideal for female drivers. Do better TA, most of us are weeks away from home and our families. This just shows y'all don't care about us truckers

Cash advance or in my case cash back is a necessity out here and as a company you accepted the role of giving them. It doesn't cost a thing to you to give them. I'm most cases we fuel quite a bit at your establishment giving you thousands, if not tens of thousands of profits per day, let site and many of the establishments still charge a fee for cash back, so there's absolutely no reason not to have it available. One day would have made sense, but this is months in. You made yourself a necessity. So do what you should be doing 100% or get out of the industry.

TA, thanks for reminding me why I no longer support you, very old outdated truckstop in bad need of renovations, fuel desk register didn't work, almost entire parking lot is for reserved/ paid parking the few free spots that were not reserved we're all full, so I went about 10 miles up I59 to the Loves and as per usual, tons of free parking, friendly staff and way more affordable than other truckstops.
Loves gets a review of 5 stars. Well worth the extra few miles.
It's time truckers put truckstops that expect us to pay to park out of business.

Goods at 7:45 and they don't even have a shower, a bad place to stop, those who serve the war dog are extremely rude and don't even ask, there may not be anyone who will do anything to put these people in their place.

Truck stop price hikes aren't enough to bleed you dry may as well pay 22 dollars for a parking spot too. Awful.

This TA Truck service is the uber duber worse one on the planet not only in USA. I came here at 4 pm for 8 drive tires replacement. First the lady on counter was freaked out while giving estimate for 8 tires. The idiot woman was not even capable of simple addition. She was the dumbest and idiot woman in the universe. She was like new shift is coming i m leaving see you? Anyway new shift just showed up. But the show was not over yet. I was hoping that the new shift workers would be smarter than them. But i was wrong. The new coming black young guy gave me estimate for 8 tires for trailer instead of truck. We just noticed that he gave me wrong estimate when 3rd shift showed up after midnight. He was like a joke. He just hanged around along his shift and he did nothing but smoking cigarettes. He literally just sloped around and he disappeared when his shift was over. Thanks god 3rd shift guys are really kind and hard working guys tried to help me. The encouraged me to complain what i experienced whole day along. Time is 1:40 am and new shift guy working on it right now. It looks like it will not take over an hour . Because smart and hard working people know how to do and what to do. Stay away from this TA truck service is you come across before 3rd shift. Because they hire specifically dumbest employees for day time shifts. A place I will never pass by again. I was all done by 3:50 am

WHERE DO I START? MAKE SURE YOU WATCH THE TECHNICIAN CHANGE YOUR OIL AND MOST IMPORTANT YOUR FILTERS.
This place used to be my go to for P.M./oil changes in my truck, but now I would advise everyone to stay away. After the tech changed oil he forgot to put copper washer around drain plug which caused it to drip very slowly but nonetheless it was still a drip. He also broke my stem as he was checking the air pressure in my tires. After a month I decided to just randomly change my fuel filter at another travel center upon which I found out that he DID NOT CHANGE MY FUEL FILTER. My new tech said it hadn't been changed in quite some time. One of the worst experiences I've had since owning my truck as far as service and I would advise anyone to stay away from T.A. Slidell Louisiana.
