I am so grateful to have come into the Slidell location and have met Haley Purcell and Lavina Dearman. They were the two best Spectrum specialist that you will ever meet if you guys need assistance or want to purchase new service or change your existing service come to this location they will get you set up ASAP

The customer service there was absolutely disgusting! You can tell the lady there was just there for a pay check! And refused to help us! And all we wanted was to cancel our cable! And Lord that was just to much for her and didn’t want to deal with it!

Fast in store service but, spectrum would not pro-rate my internet even though I had used just 2 days in the new bill cycle. I dropped the internet because the signal is not what I was paying for and constantly dropping out. Two neighbors did same thing for same reason.
