This place was awesome! Locally owned and operated. Mr. Herman and his daughter are truly special to the Slidell Parish! It's so amazing that they are keeping up with the big businesses and locals prefer to do business with him because he a straight up kind of guy, very genuine and passionate for the rec and park sports of slidell and surrounding areas. He's in touch with the High schools and does business with Salmen, SJH,SHS from my knowledge. I'm sure he has others but those are the ones I saw in his store ready for pick up. SMITHS SPORTING GOODS, brings me back to my youth when I would go into Red Stick sports in BR with my dad. Then Jumbo sports, however this place just brings back that old Fashion ' New hip to the sports world. This is a GEM and anyone that's still doing business locally thanks you for supporting this place and for those that don't you should, you'll find the competitive pricing and better quality here at Smiths Sporting Goods.

to all my black people dont go here i order two shirts and i paid them they gave my shirts to the school and didnt tell the school i paid for the shirts and didnt try to help me to get my shirts and plus the owner going to say i was lucky to get shirts how i was lucky when i pais sir and going to say he worked his a** off for the school to get they shirts i said how you figure when they came to you for s service and paid you i said you figure cause its a black school dont give them no business

Terrible service. Our team ordered practice shirts and they fell apart after 1 wash. We returned the shirts, as the owner requested, for him to replace them. Now they say we never returned them. So our team is out $300+ and have nothing to show for it. Terrible product and service. Take your business on another local entity.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Showed up here 3 times at 2 o'clock on Saturdays bc online and on their door says 4 o'clock. And called numerous times and got no answer!

I would leave -5 star review if possible. I ordered shirts from them said they would have send me a proof of work before they did the shirts. Never got it. Was told the shirts would be ready in 2 weeks called them and they hadn't even started on it after 2 weeks. When we finally got the shirts they were the worst thing I have ever seen in my life. I wouldn't use them no matter how bad you need the shirts. Go to Walmart and buy shirts and crayons it will come out better.
