Pump credit cards have not worked for the last 2 months. Every time I go in they tell me it's not their problem. But they don't seem to least bit concerned about fixing it. Very frustrating

Nice people. But check any food purchase before you buy. My Slim Jim was a year expired. Did not offer to refund. Yuck.

I stop here about once a month to fill up. They are usually friendly and I'll get lottery tickets here. One thing that aggravates me is that they charge extra for credit use. I can understand that, but they charge extra for the use of a Shell card. I know that they are making extra, because Shell does not charge them for the card fee on this. I just charge on my mastercard, where I still get a discount.

These people rip you off!! I tried to use my rewards points for .25 off per gallon and the machine declined my debit card. I had to walk in and of the 3 people they all said that a debit card was the same as cash and that the price will show on the pump. When I looked at the pump it was only .10 off per gallon. When I went back in they said a debit was not cash and then I asked them to reverse it and they said the couldn't. The original guy was rude and said you don't know how to count and the girl apologized but said that I had already poured the gas. 3rd guy dissapeared and was probably the owner . That is how they steal from you never go there!!!!;

The young lady with braids kind of short and thick (usually working in morning). No nane tag to tell her name. She's Very rude, uncurteous and has no problem showing it. If u don't like people don't get a customer service job. Will use another SHELL.
