Mrs. Kathy was absolutely wonderful. I’ve never been to a scrub shop where the person was so helpful and paid attention to detail. I was greeted right away, showed to my favorite brand, and placed in a dressing room in under 3 mins. When trying on my clothes she helped me pick the best size for me and gave her honest opinion on how the clothes fit on my physique. I had the best experience there. Wonderful service. Will definitely be back ! Thank you guys so much!

This place is HORRIBLE. Went to purchase uniforms and asked them apply my 20%discount. I was getting ready to spend at least $250 and this lady said if you don’t have your ID I can’t give it to you cause people come in here and get over. I said can you call my unit she said I can’t do that for everybody that comes in. I told her cancel my orders. I’m in there system. I’ve shopped there before. Just be cautious they are some of the most rude people I’ve ever met. Remember money spends anywhere.

Very unprofessional. Did not call me when my scrubs were ready despite me telling them I needed them by a specific day and insisted they only call ONCE then try again after 30 DAYS! Then a pair of scrub bottoms I bought were ripping, but surprisingly I bought the last pair so I was told I have to WAIT for more to come in..no exchange for another brand. I didn't even want a refund, just more bottoms. So now I’m out money AND work uniform until the pants come in. Scrub Stop was much better. Idk what happened to this place. They’ve completely lost my business and my family’s as well.

Let me share a reason why small shops like this often find themselves closing shop and out of business. There is no good customer service. Went in to purchase a set of uniforms and the associate said she recognized me as being a customer. I told her that I was also in the system assuming that I could get my 10% discount as usual. Got the receipt only to see that the discount wasn’t applied. Was told that it was because I didn’t mention anything about the discount, now mind you she recognized me. I just canceled the sale and immediately went online to place my order elsewhere with a discount! The other lady (who I believe is the owner) said if I would have mentioned the discount then I could have walked away with the item today. My thought is if she would have honored me being a recognized customer that she could have had a sale as well. So she’d rather lose a sale than to just give the usual 10% discount. No more shopping in that store for me and the healthcare business I run. It’s a waste of my valuable time even typing this review!
