An average Ross. The customer service is mediocre, it's unkempt, and a lot of the shelves are empty. I think they're doing some remodeling, so I hope it gets better. But I will say the last time I went, the fitting rooms were under construction so I had to use the one up front. No big deal, but there's only 2 up there, and there was a line. I decided not to wait, so they lost out on a potential sale.

Ross is just ALWAYS so unkempt to me. After almost an hour, my mom FINALLY found something that she liked and/or could fit. I wish there was a better selection of dresses.
