Just to see if it was a guest sitting at the table and she came strolling over after….guess that finally ended her Facebook run and she walked up. Just absolutely terrible. Zero stars. It made me give one star to post this

The attitudes these people have is horrible. If you don't want to work customer service find another job. Who wants to spend money somewhere that everyone looking crazy with attitude. This store sent to hell after Ramona left... it's cool though because it's plenty surrounding stores I can spend my money at. I rather be inconvenient than deal with attitude spending my hard earned dollars

This is my m2nd visit to RacTrac in Slidell, LA this week.
It is obvious there is a personnel problem. Employees are not showing up for work on the overnight shifts causing the stores closure. The other station on Highway 11 had 3 employess working that night. I was lucky as that one is notorious for
closures. Customer service is lacking at all of these stores.
They are not hiring and training these young people to properly serve the public that patronize the store, this includes the supervisor/manager. If there was another station other than RacTrac that offered E85 Fuel I would go there.

At this particular location these people are very very rude, so I’m walking today. A colored girl helped me. first thing I said was, how are you doing today? There was no comment from her at all. I thought that was really rude and I said it again how are you today she came back very rude and said fine these people target individuals. And are very racist towards white people that goes against their workplace standards. They should be fired for this I’m calling corporate first thing in the morning Filing a complaint at the store

Just left there with 2 rollers. I tried to tell the white lady I had 2 of them, she interrupts me to talk to who's behind me, and then proceeds to touch my food and feel how many are in the pouch. TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR!!! I do not like people touching my food especially if it isn't the cook with clean hands!!!!! She then proceeds to have a white trash conversation with the black girl that you can tell is professional, and doesn't want to be part of the convo in front of a line of people. Get her out!!!!!!

For a store that advertises 24 hours open, they are rarely open after 10pm. I’ve always been a bit of a night owl and I will often get gas late so that I can sleep later in the mornings, or I’ll crave chocolate or an icee, and this store is conveniently less than a mile away. I can confidently say that I’ve gone at least a dozen times and the store is all lit up, multiple cars in the employee parking section, yet when I attempt to open the door to walk-in, the employees either shake their head no at me or ignore me all together. No “be back in 10” sign taped to the door or “closed for the night.” This is extremely frustrating. Why not just advertise that your store is open sporadically? It would be more accurate. It’s fine though, there is a brand new Circle K across the street now and it remains open 24/7, as it accurately claims, plus the staff is kind and helpful.
