I'm a very Dissatisfied customer This time of purchasing a 2012 Malibu for 5000 and having issues that need a trained mechanic to address .I have been very upset that I cannot drive myself to my doctor appointments as I stated when I purchased this car That I was in need of a dependable car to me me to my doctor appointments because I have cancer and my sister who has been taking me back and forth but she is also sick and has many appointments if her own.

My husband had been looking for a Volvo 240 FOR YEARS! We had seen some (non locally) that were not in good shape. When my husband found the one they had for sale on their website, he was elated! He works crazy hours and had tried to set up a time to see the vehicle for a whole week. The man gave him excuse after excuse “I have a deposit” then the next communication was “the deposit fell through”. One day when we were supposed to drive an hour to see the car, the owner stated he couldn’t make it because his grandson was in the hospital. We totally understood. We planned our day around making the trip, waiting to hear back when he would be available. When he finally answered, he literally texted my husband “Sorry SOLD” He and my husband were in constant communication before this. Disgusting business practices!

Don't let the small place fool you, these gentlemen are pros, they were kind, loaded with tons of knowledge and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable thru the entire process.
