Everytime I detail my vehicles I come here. The price is fair, I remember getting car washes for $5/$7 but the price has increased by $10. However I'm not complaining becaise they allow you to fully detail your own vehicle here on the spot. Having the air compression sprayers help get all the small stuff that hard to reach especially dusty dashboards and air vents. Their service is top tier they help at the machine and at the beginning of the wash they spray down and hit the front,back and all the bug areas or if you have a deleted diesel the exhaust on the back fender. Overall my experiences here are always golden! Not to mention the carpet and mat cleaning machine !

Not an easy to get into location, and the services are marginal. I do like the drying cloth after the air dryer. You or them need to make sure all vacuums are working properly before you start interior cleaning. It's nothing frustrating when you can't complete a full vacuum with low sucking pressure.

This has always been my PitStop of choice. After today I will never return! I arrived at 8 am on April 8th, which I normally do after dropping my child off at school. I waited bc I noticed the cones were still there at 8:10 but I can see there are 2 associates a woman and a man, they see me waiting but don’t say anything. So I decided maybe they just needed some extra time and I went to vaccine my car while I waited, mind you the two assocs are not even 5 feet away from me and they still never said hey something is going on with the car wash. So I finish vacuuming my car and pull back around at 8:40 assuming it would be open. No it wasn’t! So I back up and I enter the office and nobody is in sight ofc, I call out hello at least 5 times. I can hear them talking clearly which lets me know they can hear me, so I step around to what I believe was maybe a control room and is we cameras and on it I see the woman on the camera looking upward. So I wait until somebody finally comes out. The man comes out so passive aggressive. “Yeah we are working on it and it’ll be 10 minutes” I expected more of an apology granted they had been saw me vacuuming my car as well as waiting by the cones when I originally arrived. He had no regard for how he may have inconvenienced me: and this is the second instance that something unprofessional has happened at this establishment. Nevertheless following the first incident they were apologetic and fixed the issue. THE TWO EMPLOYEES WORKING THE MORNING OF 4/8 need to be retrained in customer service or fired! I’ll go to the one on Gause to utilize my membership. AWFUL AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE SND POOR COMMUNICATION

The location on Old Spanish Trail seems it’s closed more than it’s open. Literally the last 4/5 times I’ve tried going there they have cones blocking the driveway which also almost caused an accident. I got a monthly pass but will be cancelling it and going back to Northpark Carwash.
