Prices are outrageous, they need more associates, and if you take up to much of their time they proceed to be rude. When checking out I tried to use Google Pay but of course it wouldn't work so I asked them to put it behind the counter until I went home and retrieved my wallet but I wouldn't have made it back before they closed, and I did not get a chance to call and ask them to hold it till morning so they picked it all up. Strangely when checking out the night before my total was completely different price (expensive but not a ridiculously total). I am baffled by the outrageous price of over 100 I paid today for them and it's the same exa I don't understand this at all I do not recommend going there.

Went in to purchase some crickets and there wasn’t any on the shelf. My daughter asked the worker in the the fish section if she had any in the back and she said they were out. My daughter then asked if we could look at the geckos. The lady rushed over to the tank and opened it. We looked at them and my daughter was asking some questions. The woman asked if we were getting it and we told her not at the moment. Before we could finish our sentence she closed the tank and walked away. I was going to buy the gecko for my daughter but after the way that lady acted towards us I will not ever spend a dollar in that store. I understand that people have bad days but if she didn’t want to help us then simply ask another person to help us.

I went to get a refund on products I purchased online. The woman assured me it had been cancelled only to arrive at my house. Billing me anyway. Than, being told I couldn’t get full refund on items I was told were cancelled.

Devon is a great groomer. Great with animals and great with people. My problem isn't with the service that was provided- it was with the appt. I made (actually they made) the appt at my last grooming and I confirmed when I picked up my pup. Appt time is coming up so obviously they have to call and text to remind me 500 times the week before. The problem... I was on a cruise and didn't answer them. Fast forward to Monday morning- I wrangle up 3 kids and my giant mutt and skadazzle over for 8:30 only to be told that they don't do grooming on mondays. And it's been like that for quite some time. Well- here is my problem, they LITERALLY texted me Saturday to remind me. When I mentioned that they have been calling me the two ladies who were there told me that maybe Devon was calling to cancel. The text proves differently. Maybe I should have called them at 9pm when I got back from out of town but figured I didn't have to since they called and texted 500 times to remind me of my appt at 8:30. I'm just bitter because waking up on a Monday morning after being on vacation for a week then having to get 3 young kids dressed fed and ready to go somewhere for 8:30 in the morning only for it to be a wash bugged me. If my appt was canceled because I hadn't responded they could've left a message.

I came in to purchase a chinchilla but Katlyn wouldn't even open the cage then said it was mean and she can't pick it up. The poor thing looked drugged out of its mind.
