I called NTB to ask about the pricing of a tire, and they told me it would be $85 with a $10 discount and $20 for the balance. However, the price I was quoted over the phone did not match the one I received at my local NTB tire store. I was told by the store manager that the quote wasn't correct and that it was provided by the NTB call center and not an actual store. Please be aware that when you call NTB, it’s a call center and not an actual store. Thankfully, the store manager Torres was able to get as close as possible to the quote provided by the call center. Torres not only made things right, but he also had a great attitude and conducted himself in a professional manner. For all of your tire needs, NTB on Gause in Slidell is a great choice.

I was headed through Slidell to New OrleansWhen I blew a tireTorres mgr sent Felix to canes chicken they removed the tire …took me and the tire to the storePut on a new tire , then brought me backAnd put it back on a torqued it with a torque wrench …I still made it to my date a little later but that’s understandableThese guys are exceptional thanks so muchThis was 30 minutes before closingThey were so gracious to stay and get me back on the road

I had the greatest customer service experience I’ve had in a long time! Brandon at the front desk at NTB on Gause went above and beyond for me. He explained everything to me and let me know what would be best for my services. He didn’t rush me, he even helped me book my next appointment to take care of one more thing. Because of him, I’ll continue to get my car serviced by NTB Slidell. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Excellent service. Appreciate people who love their job.
