went in for a haircut and found that the people were very unfriendly and the whole experience was awkward. Was not that impressed by the cut either, it came out uneven and choppy. Needless to say I'll be looking for a different salon.

This salon is wonderful, the owner is always accommodating and attentive. It's a very relaxed atmosphere and up to the Aveda standards I've experienced in other states (Maryland and Virginia). I don't know what the other reviewer is talking about racism, maybe because there aren't many Asian people in this area they were uncomfortable? Suri has even cut my preschooler's hair - quite the trick with her lack of patience, fidgeting, and unruly curly hair. I definitely recommend this salon.

Terrible experience. The owner was extremely rude and clearly racist against Caucasian people. She didn't follow haircutting instructions at all. Basically did what she wanted to do. Treated me like I was stupid when I told her what I wanted. Overall experience was less than satisfying. Will not be back ever.
