“Went here to have a set of custom orthotic inserts made, and all aspects of the experience were positive. I always like when I call someplace and the owner answers the phone (Paul, at least I think he was the owner... sounded like he was). Came in a few weeks later to see their pedorthist Sidney who thoroughly evaluated my feet and scanned them with a nifty laser device to send off for the inserts to be made. Three weeks later they were in, and they're working great!”
