“Rhonda Walker is superb. Told me what would happen with the nose piece and that I needed the face cup. I did not listen. A week later I was there with my tail between my legs. She never mocked or demeaned me, she simply resolved the problem by putting me in a mask. Never once told me “I told you
so”, which of course I deserved.
I admire people who concentrate on resolution of the problem, not the past which nothing can be done about. Rhonda is one of the few!
