Went in looked at trucks, didn't have the one I wanted. Salesman found it went and picked it up and I had it in two days. Was overall A good experience.

Zero stars. I wouldn’t buy a cup of coffee from this place. I purchased a Dodge Ram and the check engine light came on less than 20 miles from the dealership before I got home. The service department was very rude except for Paul Pichon (who was ver helpful). The vehicle went to Lakeshore Dodge for over 2 weeks without a phone call. I had to call every few days and was left on hold for over 30 minutes. I have been requesting a 2nd key fob for over a month and all I get is someone will call you. I would never recommend this place to no one. Sales, Finance, and Service are all horrible.

Their service department is garbage. They needed 12 hours to diagnose a check engine light. They misdiagnosed the issue and I to pay $234 for an inaccurate diagnosis.

When I walked into the showroom just looking around while my car was getting serviced, I did not feel like I was being swarmed by sales representatives. Debbie was very respectful of giving me my space while I browsed around. Once she saw I was finished browsing, she offered for me to test drive the Equinox. Debbie was very knowledgeable with the information I had questions about. When I realized that I could not afford the Equinox, she offered other options that would fit my financial needs. I was not looking to buy a car, but she changed my mind with all the options she provided. Only issue was that we had trouble getting the OnStar set up. Not her fault at all. It turned out that the OnStar had a bad module, I am waiting for the part to come in so it can be fixed. Also waiting for the floor mats that were not in stock. I would recommend to any one looking for a Chevy to ask for Debbie as their sales rep. Wesley was very respectful even when I complained about the interest rate on the loan. GM really needs to come down on their interest rates.

Adam always takes care of everything I need on my truck. He’s straight up with me and gets the job done.
When Adam isn’t available Sarah has taken care of me at times and I always have a great experience with her as well. Thank you Matt Bowers service dept for keeping me rolling from 20 miles new to 132,000 and counting

Make sure you get the vehicles personally inspected before purchasing from here. The used cars look very clean and ready to drive but they don’t drive well after a week of owning the vehicle. My transmission blew out the first month of owning the vehicle and they said they can’t do anything about it and asked if I wanted to be connected to the service department to pay to fix it right after I purchased it from them. Very slick sales team beware of them.
