I asked for a shellac manicure and regular polish pedicure. The only choices regular polish were the shellac colors or a bunch of old bottles from the wall. The color I picked for my toes was thick and old and she painted my toes and it was all clumpy and sloppy. I eventually asked her to redo it which she then gave me attitude. It looked horrible! This is a professional nail salon….make it look professional! The massage lasted about 30 seconds. She ended up redoing my toes but honestly I could do a better job painting my own nails. For my manicure I ended pushing my cuticles down because she barely did. My mom and I will never return. Also, the salon is dirty. Dust covering everything. Gross. Have some pride in your business. It’s like they’re trying to get people in and out so quickly they’re doing a horrible job.

I have been a client with LV nails for some time. I always get a pedicure which I enjoy. But didn't realize he was using gel polish and charging more money. I got the gel nails done and they lasted over a week. When I went to have them filled in and replaced, he used an electric drill to remove the gel polish. It was literally burning my nails and I let him know. He said that was common. The drill left my nails so thin. The next time I went for a manicure he suggested I use the dip. It lasted four days before the polish pulled up on several nails. I was always pleasant and left good tips. I don't think I will be going back! The salon is also dusty and has nail clippings all over. It needs a thorough cleaning. Time to try a new place.

Extremely expensive with mediocre skill. The pedicure cost $40 + and they didn't scrub my feet. Just put a bunch of foo foo scented crap on and laced my heels with oil. Won't be returning.

Too expensive to have someone rude cut your cuticles too close and cause you discomfort.

I really like the lady that does the pedicures. She also did a great job polishing my granddaughters fingernails. The guy who did my manicure and gel polish was not friendly and barely spoke.

Went to get an ingrown toenail removed, she picked at it for a while, and she charged us 15 dollars, and 2 days later we were in urgent care because it was so painful, and to this day I still have the ingrown toenail, it's infected, and we went back in to get a refund and the guy at the counter told us we had to get a lawyer. Don't EVER go here for an ingrown toenail removal, go to Jazzy Nails, they actually know what they're doing.

I'll keep this plain and simple. I'm a black woman, let's start there. I was asked, and almost forced (was not going to be serviced) until I paid FULL PRICE for my NOT YET DONE service. Strike one. Upon denying to pay until my service was done, I got the shrugs , sighs , everything under the sun a person could do to physically tell you they don't wanna work on you. Let me just add, it's Valentine's Day. I walked in for a BASIC $20 MANICURE at 6:05pm. My fuckup, apparently.... there were two chairs being serviced... I was then rushed (polishing my nails like a brick wall), I got no clean-up smudges, nor did I even finish drying my nails. I wasn't rushed drying, I left at this point because of how unwelcoming they were. I was stared at the entire time mind you. All I wanted was to feel pretty for Valentine's Day. It's not your problem, but it's your profession. Hopefully, they work better with women of my background someday. Today though, my feelings were very hurt and I'll return to my home manicures. Please find another shop, black women. Happy Valentine's Day .

I went there a couple weeks ago to get my nails done and asked the prices. $35 for regular and $55 for gel. Plus a tip for half the price ($55 was a $20 tip) The manger fought me when I asked for regular and $15 tip. Told me I didn’t know what was right and insisted that I go for the other. He kept getting louder and invading my space. I had enough and left. Never in my life had I been through so much disrespect from a manger in my entire life. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Customer service is poor. If you're dissatisfied or have a question/ correction all the females workers become argumentative and defensive. I don't recommend this place. No one in charge cares how the staff speaks to customers. So Rude and disrespectful while spending your Money.

I used to use LV Nails prior to pandemic. they were okay, fairly good. Now they are very disappointing. I went in for manicure and pedicure. very basic. I didn't want to waste the money on a gel or dip. glad I did not! basic manicure with clear polish cost $20! And I had to keep asking her to shape my nails and smooth them. she thought leaving my nails with jagged edges was fine. what?!?! pedicure was better but still not perfect . I do not recommend them!
