I took a watch with a pin that was stuck inside the band. Just wouldn't come out. It took a long time to fix, but Mr. Bruce would not give up. He put a lot of labor into it and even ordered special tools to get it out. He finally got it! His family are also the nicest people. Very reasonable prices too. I wouldn't hesitate to go back!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bruce & Cheryl. To begin, their adorable Sheepdog will put a smile on your face the moment you enter. They have a great selection of quality pieces and I have to resist blowing my savings each time I’m there. If you’re shopping for a custom creation or to have jewelry repaired, then Bruce is your man. My aunt just had her rosary repaired by him after parts of it were charred and destroyed in a fire. This is her prized possession, as it was given to her by her parents when she was a girl. She was absolutely devastated at its’ condition and I trusted no one other than Bruce to repair it. His talent, hard work, and attention to detail were evident in the finished product. My aunt cried when she saw how amazing her beloved rosary was restored. It looks brand new despite the fire and being over 50 years old. He cared for this piece as if it was his very own and we could not be more grateful. Thank you Bruce & Cheryl !!!!

Highly recommend Mr. Bruce for all of your jewelry needs! My husband brought my rings to get cleaned and redipped and my jaw dropped when I seen the difference! 8 years of wear took its toll on the white gold. it faded slowly so I didnt realize how yellow they had turned until today! thank you again Mr. Bruce for bringing my rings back to life!
