I have been trying for the past couple years to get my tax information back from these people I never get returned phone calls they're almost never in the office And I keep getting told that my personal information has been moved around and they're not sure where it's at but they will search for and get back with me but they never did. Would not recommend anyone going to this place for any reason.

No different then just doing it myself. Except I had to put pants on... and it was 10x the cost and 4x longer then just punching in a few numbers at home on my couch. The tax preparer was cool but not very Knowledgeable about this years new tax breaks. I will do my own next year but you do you boo boo!

I am given this review to help others ***Beware***A tax preparer there has stole my tax refund. Never filed just got a quote! And my money was Stolen. I have try to handle the situation with the business and after 30 days I and still at a stand still and been pushed aside. It been since March that I found out and filed fraud with the IRS since March! You too may have been victimized. Check if you have visit this facility.
