“Spectrum gets a 4 for the amount of time it took the company to fix my internet line. ( It took 5 weeks, 3 service calls, and replacing the modem twice. It turned out there was nothing wrong with any of the modems to begin with.) I will give a 5 to the 3rd service man who came. Not only did he recognize that the internet line needed replacing, (excessive water and squirrels), but he also recognized a problem with my power line. Once he completed the work to restore my internet, he took a picture of a broken power line to the same poll. He suggested that it could be a fire hazard, and I might want to contact my power company. Thank you Steven. After contacting my power company, and showing them the picture, a service man was at my home within the hour. My line is repaired.”
