I’ve bought many cars from the Hyundai of Slidell but this last time I went, I had the best experience. I felt like I was actually able to voice my opinion and collaborate with the salesmen. Huge shout out to Aaron, Marcy and Tony for all their assistance. I highly recommend them when buying a car!

I bought my daughter a 2022 Hyundai Kona for her high school graduation June of 2022 because she was going to Waco Texas for college and that is over 500 miles away and I felt
better with her having a brand new car to drive back and forth. well she was coming home for spring break and she had told me that her car was using a good bit of coolant and her A/C was not working right. Well I had just had some of my foot amputated so I told her to bring it to Hyundai dealership in Slidell. Because that was the only dealership that she could get an appointment for them to check it out. Well I could not go with her so she brought it in and they checked it out and told her that they didn't see anything wrong with her cooling system and they said that her A/C condenser has a pin hole in it. And that it is not covered under warranty which is 5 years or 60k miles. Well they said that it would cost over 1,300 to fix.well she was leaving to go back to Waco Texas for school in 2 days. And they had to get the parts in and then they changed her 212.00 as a diagnostic fee for the A/C . Well that really gets me upset that they charged her that. Bad enough it was not covered under warranty and the car only had 17k miles and not even 2 years yet. So I think that is a rip off and taking advantage of a 19 year old female going to college and working a part time job just trying to make it. So I purchased my Ford explorer from Matt Bowers Ford Metairie and it is a 2017 and I was just getting ready to get a newer model. But I am definitely not going to buy another vehicle from any of his dealerships.

I would rate 10 stars if I could. Our Santa Fe had paint starting to peel, it was a very common issue with the year model and there was an extended warranty for the paint because of the issue. Eddie tourelles Hyundai and bill hood Hyundai did ABSOULTELY NOTHING for us and refused to simply send in a request to hyuandi to get it fixed. After a week and HOURS of phone calls between customer service and both dealerships, we called Matt bowers hyuandi and Travis instantly sent through the request and fixed the issue in 10 seconds that no one else would do in a whole week. Do not buy a car anywhere else. These are amazing people that I would love to give my business to. Thank you again Travis !

Advised them what is going on with the car. Of course, they always claim nothing is wrong until I take a test drive with the tech and all of a sudden they "know" what the issue is. They can't even balance new tires properly. Had to bring back 2x just for that...too many more issues to explain at this time. Will not be going back there ever.

My service advisor Bridget was very helpful and communicative. I had a lot of service that needed to be done, but she kept things very organized, was transparent about costs, and got my car back to me quickly.
