Great workout experience. The staff is friendly, and they do a great job of keeping the place clean and up to date. The saunas' heat helps with sore muscles, improved flexibility, and sweating out toxins.

If you like to sweat, this is the place for you! The staff are always nice and very helpful with all questions. I like that there are only three people to a class and you can usually book a time to go and have the room to yourself, which I like. The main issue I have is that I refuse to pay another $100 to buy one of their hot yoga mats. There is also the option to rent the mat, but I feel like I should just buy it if that's the case because it's $5 to rent. So because I don't have the mat, I haven't been able to utilize this facility to its full potential, and I've only been able to do three of the classes. I also don't like that they continue to charge you two additional months after you've canceled your membership. I can see the benefits of the hot yoga and other exercises, however, for me, it feels like more cons than pros.

Some love it but I personally didn’t care for it. Very basic, for the amount of money you’re spending, you’re better off at a real gym with more equipment.

The current manager is a rude person and lies. Make sure you read the fine print when signing up for a membership. Their prices are inconsistent. If you cancel, get it in writing because they will continue the EFT payments. I cancelled in February and completed the 60 day cancellation requirement. May 1st I was charged another $49 payment. I requested a refund for the May membership with no satisfaction. This is now about principal and I will get a full refund. BBB complaint filed. Another complaint is the staff is not knowledgeable on equipment or classes. They sold me incorrect bands. Additionally, at least one of the 7 sauna’s were always decommissioned with no notifications. Very frustrating when you sign up for a certain class. Awful experience!

I’ve been coming to this 24-hour gym for almost 2 weeks. Only experienced 4 of the 11 different workouts. Trying to fine tune a good combination of at least 2 workouts, 1 isometric and 1 HITT workout each visit. I’ve experienced my recovery time is quicker and I’m not as sore after the workout and the following morning. I find myself drinking more water and full of energy throughout my day, lately it’s been a lot of energy not getting in good sleep. I’ll remedy that soon. I saw some major changes in weight the first two sessions but think it may have been water weight. I do know my measurements have decreased significantly so that for sure isn’t water weight. I certainly enjoy the ability to go anytime which is great for before the sunrise workout and the late night can’t fall asleep workout. The facility is well lit and they have security measures in place to ensure a safe arrival and departure from the facility. Staff is here 11-8 and they are just the nicest people. I don’t see them much due to my routine but when I do, it’s always a pleasure to interact with them. The app they set you up with has a local leaderboard and the ladies on there are no joke. They are some calorie burning maniacs. I find it very challenging to catch up which keeps me engaged. Got a bunch of slackers on the list and I hope they are inspired to push harder for their goals. I recommend you give it a shot. It’s quick, effective and easy to fit any schedule. So the only excuse is whatever fits your narrative but take a self inventory and ask yourself, is it time to change your story. Be blessed.

Good Day, Disclaimer I don't give 5 stars much, may write an updated review that may get a 5 star but typically keep it at 4 to allow "Greatness" to occur. So this is my first review of a gym, typically review restaurants which looking down at my waistline, this is where I need to be. I signed up via the website Dec 2021 and a few phone calls to the establishment to ask some simple questions relating to finances and membership pricing. I was provide the information, the representative that I spoke to was professional and was able to answer my question and articulate it in a manner in which I understood. Kept an eye on the progress of construction so it gave me a general idea when they will open. Got a nice card in the mail welcoming me, then I got a phone call to setup an initial tour and the onboarding process. Scheduled my appointment and showed up to a very sleek, clean facility. A couple of smiles and 1 employee opened the door for me, took my breathe away. As I stepped in the place was inviting, no blaring music and a little casual conversations going on. I can hear some go-getters getting some in one f the saunas. That's awesome because that will be me soon, hopefully no loud yelps of despair. I was helped by Monique (hope i spelt that correctly), what a wonderful lady. Very professional, clearly briefed me on the agenda then down to the nitty gritty of policies and a quick electronic signature of acceptance. After the paperwork, they gave me the keys to castle (trumpets sounding) actually I got the WiFi password which to some children is their lifeline. I was kindly introduced to another associate who was able to set up 2 phones apps, one to unlock the front door during un-attended hours and the other to book sessions, track calories, and develop a plan to take first place in the local eventually global leaderboard. What better way to meet your fitness goals than to have a fun challenge with like minded people. After the technology setup, i was given a tour of the facility. Going over the use of the sauna, location of the equipment based exercises and the none equipment rooms, restroom with shower and additional restroom, kettle bells and dumbbells, rack and a vending machine for snacks beverages and keys to towels should you forget one. So folks that wraps up my review of joining this Gym you may experience something else so go ahead an give it shot and make your own assessment of it. Look for my upcoming reviews, i thinking making a review of each exercise they provide and a few tips on what I do to maximize my experience. Be blessed, be safe and remember, you don't look the way you do over one night.
