Took 2 hours on the phone to correctly charge my credit card due to them putting in the wrong billing number. When it finally went through and my handyman went to pick up they couldn't find the $1300 order because it was under a completely different number and name. And they were rude about it. Unprofessional and incompetent. Very bad customer service. The work we needed to do got delayed due to this mess.

First time ordering on line.Be very careful.They have the right to sell/disclose your email address and phone number to third parties who pay HD for your information to solicit you.And, the two items I ordered and delivered to the store were "open boxes", returned and broken....are you kidding me...is it that bad out there or istheir Quality control that bad...?

You park at the entrance door of a huge building, shop, check out at the other end of this huge building, and walk back to your car to the entrance side of this huge building,through a not so pleasant parking lot. It was raining.

It's Home Depot. Unless you have the day to spend there or buying something right off the shelf, forget about it. You have a better chance of finding Nemo than finding help. It's always chaos and carts are hard to find. I'm a professional so I don't need help often but if I do I simply have to wait. Like I said earlier, clear your schedule that day. Prices are cheaper than Lowe's but don't offer any discount for contractors.

Rented a boom lift that had serious issues and was told well you used it. Nothing to help resolve the issue even though I didn't get to finish the job. Never again

Was harassed at self-checkout by an over zealous new employee I'm guessing and that particular visit was very annoying. .Most visits are usually good with a wonderful staff.Great selection.

I just moved to Slidell from Nebraska. I came in to buy a riding lawnmower using my military discount. I also needed it delivered. There were some issues with getting my discount to work and for some reason the computers weren’t allowing them to schedule it for deliver. Sherri in customer service worked through it all with the help from the manager on duty. They were still having issues with scheduling a delivery. Tony from lawn and garden said he would be able to delivery it in 2 days no problem. Everyone was extremely helpful. Customer service truly goes a long way!

So I'm at the customer service desk ready to place a delivery order and a lady with a honey bee dew (and I mean no disrespect to any one ) asked me if I was ready to check out ..to wich I replied yes I had a couple of items with me as well she tells me well go to the register over there I stood there for a minute looking at her she tells me again OVER THERE ITS WHERE WE GO TO PAY..at that point I answer her you don't need to be rude I'm aware of that at no point did she ask me if there was anything else in addition to checking out I needed after al youl go to customer service to get a service any who didn't want to continue arguing with her I walk over to the register to try and place my order for delivery the cashier started with an attitude as well when realized I needed a delivery..well she had to go back and talk to the rude lady and tell her what Iwas trying to tell her from the beginning and to top it off as I walked to the register she tells me HAVE A NICE DAY being sarcastic so she hands me over to another young lady who was very polite and helpful ? and helped me with my orderMoral to the story if you having a bad day at work STAY HOME.. Treat others like you want to be treated and ask the right question assumption is the mother of al screw ups..see now I will tell my friends about my experience as well as Google and all other social platforms..
