I walked in & they accommodated me quickly for a pedicure even though they were very busy.. They did a fabulous job with my toenails still looking great after 4weeks..
Requested style: I asked for a reverse sort of French manicure nail polish which turned out perfect.
Cleanliness: The whole salon was nice & clean, smelling fresh. The stylist took all the precautions necessary to reduce cross-contamination of germs.

The owner had a bad attitude bc I was making sure my nails match the price and not over pricing I love my toes don’t get me wrong bt my nails are not done

Worst pedicure I have ever gotten, she went to town with the pumice stone to the point where she cut my skin not to mention the massage was so painful that I pulled my foot from her, she was squeezing my toes together so hard it was painful. I WILL NOT go back. I spent $30 to be tortured for an hour on something that’s supposed to be relaxing. Not to mention the paint job was less horrible. If I could give zero stars I would ??????

I went here 2 weeks ago. I wasn’t too happy with how they did my nails.They look good however they weren’t done properly.I got a very basic pedicure with gel and that was decent. However on my hard I had dip and I don’t like how they were done.1. They didn’t soak my hands to soften my cuticles2. They didn’t clean under my nails3. They didn’t remove my cuticles and push them back4. They literally just trimmed them and put some tips on and started to dip.AND I told the lady that my cuticles needed some attention!So the next day my hair was getting caught under a few of my nails close to my cuticles. So here we are 2 weeks later and all of my nails are getting hair caught under them and I can lift them from the cuticle.I’ve heard from other people in Slidell that the nail salons here are not that great and I guess this is what they were referring to!

Rude. Rushed. Hurt my kid by filing too hard and overcharged me. Home girl was openly watching YouTube while doing mine. Stopped to switch her show on numerous occasions. Like. Really? This was our first time in here because our regular place was closed for the cold. I should've waited. Inside was gross. Should be closed down.

I like happy nails Niki is my favorite the staff is really nice. However Kim will over charge you.. Sense when dose a gel refill and toe polish $68.00?! Gel refill 35.00 + toe polish 10.00 =45.00 not 68.00.. Kim will give services that you didn’t ask for then change you for it.

Very Rude my nails was breaking two days after I got them done I went back in try to reason I was ignored I spend a lot of money here but not nomore nor Ever they so Rude Kim In Nikki No Class At The amount of disrespect I received today was un acceptable in I still paid for what they fixed I didnt want anything for free just my nail fix I went to another nail place in let them fix my nails that broke than I broke another today so I came back to happys they was very rude

The employees are friendly and do a good job. I have been there a few times for a manacure was satisfied with how my nails looked when they were done. They are somewhat pricey though.

I would never go to this place again!!! I feel that I was taken advantage of price wise. I had gone other times and the older lady is nice. But after I received a pedicure on a Sunday, I was charged $90 for a pedicure with a siding on the two big toes. I asked the person for a breakdown she quickly said I didn't charge you for those two. She did not even have the respect to give me a written printed invoice. I see it is not to the consumers advantage to go to their cash only Sunday. The design was not that difficult to do. Enjoy that $90. But beware and get the entire price before they start their work. It was not worth the time.
