Great place to go for self defense training and professional level fight training. The instructors are very well trained and provide a great atmosphere for people to be motivated to get healthy. Family friendly for all ages 5+ give it a chance and it will change your life.

Gold Dragon MMA is amazing. Whether you are coming to compete, bring your child, have a hobby, or get in shape, they have a class for you. My husband trained here and held a title of 8-0 and won two title belts ranking him #1 in Mississippi and Louisiana at the time he was actively fighting . I also trained here and got in the best shape of my life while I did. My son loves the kids classes. The coaches made sure the was something for everyone in my family .
