Highly recommend this shop !!! I dealt with Kristen and Jodi through the whole process of my truck being there to be repaired and between the two of them I was kept in the loop every step of the way ! Their customer service is top tier and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the outcome ! Not to mention i was extremely happy with the quality of work they did to get my truck back right and together after my wreck !

Fradella's has friendly staff, keep you up to date, and finish when they project to finish as long as the parts come in when their supposed to.

Chose Fridellas for our repairs and our experience was just awesome. They worked with State Farm directly to handle the claim, dealt with them to modify our rental when parts/repairs ran a bit over anticipated schedule, and sent us regular updates on the status of the repairs. The repairs were complete and professional. Every associate we talked to with Fridellas was professional, friendly, knowledgable, honest, and forthright. Best experience I've ever had with a mechanic/body shop. I'll never bring my vehicles anywhere else. They are rare in this industry. Don't sleep on Fridellas. They are the best.

I am not happy with the job done on my car. The paint job was fantastic. But, reinstalling the old spoiler on the new trunk lid, makes the job look cheeky. Seems that It could have been repainted before being reinstalled on the new trunk lid. I will not be recommending Fradellas to anyone.

Fradella’s does really quality work. They are thorough and update you weekly on the progress of the repairs. The staff is professional and pleasant to work with. My work was via an insurance claim not from my insurer, and my only complaint or disheartening feeling was that Fradella’s didn’t accept the insurance mechanical labor cost, which was only $12/hour difference for 1.8 hours of work. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the repairs.
