As a female and a VERY new shooter, I absolutely love F.I.T.S. and all the staff. I personally was afraid of guns, didn’t want to hold one or even see one. Definitely not shoot one.
Ladies, if you feel that way, put all that aside. There are so many options for you, easy to use and easy to shoot. And it’s fun!
Maybe it’s the competitor in me wanting to hit the targets perfectly, which I don’t yet, but I will. As fun as it is to shoot, this will also help protect you and your loved ones should a bad situation happen. And unfortunately, they do.

So everything was going good until my promotion code fingerprinting didn’t go through.
I than left & let them know I’ll be right back
So when I got back they brought a person in there, & than another woman & a man ,3 people than tell me to wait on another lady that was late , when I was on time,. I’m telling her I’m not from out here & my sister is my ride which means I can’t keep my sister waiting ,she was already in the car for a hour
I already rescheduled 2 times already, than she tells me tell my sister to come inside I’m on somebody else’s time that’s not hard to understand,
& the person who is late supposed to wait I was on time & you gonna let someone go before someone that was on time

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I literally knew nothing about guns, gun safety and was frightened by the thought of holding a firearm. After two private lesson with Jen, I feel so much more comfortable. I highly recommend anyone take the time to educate yourself and have a one on one session there. You will not be disappointed.

Went to ladies nite with co-workers/besties. Thought I was going to be Bruce Willis- John Wick...Turns out I'm a shakey chihuahua.... great Instructors! I have a LONG way to go to be a sure shot!! Candy was the best intro to my 2nd A rights!!! Thanks to all at FITS!!! Sure to go again!!!

Enjoyed my time at the range today!!! The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Love the fact that the range is AC climate controlled, very clean and quiet. Definitely will go again.

I really like F.I.T.S. I have been there maybe two or three times, everybody seems to be very nice and respectable. The place is very clean and now I'm waiting for the next class and hopefully I can take it. But until then I will continue my practicing on targets.

The staff is rude. I’ve stood at the counter for a while with no service. Saw the the gun show that same weekend and that’s when they were wanted to actually have customer service. Calling them is just as bad. Asked a question. Said ok and about to ask my second question but got hung up on.

I have gone to F.I.T.S. for quite a number of years. We have always found it to be a good place to shoot.This past weekend, however, we went in and I asked when the new Constitutional Carry law would take effect. The individual began a diatribe on how it was "opening a can of worms". Then came the obligatory rambling about training and how this was going to do so much damage to have persons carrying that aren't "educated". What I heard? There will be people carrying that don't pay me to teach them how to carry. All about the money.Freedom lovers, find another way. There are shops that SUPPORT your GOD-GIVEN-RIGHT and there are those that wish to get paid for you to exercise your rights. Do that which matters to you. Me? I will obtain my ammunition elsewhere from now on and we have bought our LAST firearm from such an establishment.

F.I.T.S is hands down one of the best places to learn to shoot. Their facility is excellent, well maintained, and safe. They hosted a great instructor development course called Gateway Instructor, taught by Aqil Qadir and Tffany Johnson of Citizens Safety Academy. F.I.T.S staff not only hosted, but attended this course, demonstrating their commitment to having highly trained staff to help first-time shooters. Can't say enough great things about F.I.T.S,, their staff, and Citizens Safety Academy. Definitely check both of them out!
