I had to schedule during work hours which was a total inconvenience, but I went because I seen the work on another young lady. However I was charged $115 and my nails were not that long. I explained from the beginning I DO NOT LIKE WIDE OR FAT NAILS! She said they wont be once I file them. BABY PLEASE they were ABSOLUTELY WIDE AND FAT!!! TO TOP IT OFF I BROKE MY THUMB NAIL SCRATCHING MY FACE!!! THE ENTIRE HAND IS LIFTING AFTER ONE WEEK! I GO TO FLUSH THE TOILET AND MY THUMB ON THE OTHER HAND JUST POPS OFF!!! I SEEN THE GIRL COME IN AFTER ME WHO ALSO HAD TWO BROKE NAILS AND THE GIRL BEFORE ME BROKE A NAIL! SO YOU GOT BAD SCHEDULING TIMES, BAD PRODUCTS, AND SOMEONE TAKING YOUR MONEY AFTER THEY PROMISE YOU SOMETHING ELSE!!! YOU CANT SCHEDULE IN ADVANCE YOU HAVE TO CALL AND SEE WHEN OR IF YOU CAN GET IT!!! BABY I AIN'T GOT TIME FOR THAT!!! NEVER AGAIN TAKING MY HARD EARNED COINS TO DO ME DIRTY!!! YOU NEED TO INVEST IN SOME HELP AND GET SOME FOLK IN THERE WHO CAN IMPRESS YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! I AM FAR FROM IMPRESSED!!!!Service: Synthetic nail removal

Went because it was close to home no hours on website or maps ! Went called the number listed and no one picked up and no hours anywhere don't waste your time for unreliable sometimey business !

I went once and was happy with the quality of work. On my 2nd visit, I organized my work day and schedule around arriving well before their advertised business hours of closing at 7 pm. I arrived at 4 pm and was told they were taking no more clients. Never going back to this business if they care so little about repeat business and customer service. My time is quite valuable, I will take my business elsewhere. Do not trust their posted business hours, very unprofessional.

This place is so nice and warming. Mary and her husband are the sweetest. I only got a gel polish and toe polish change and Mary took her time with me. I will definitely be back.
