I came in today (12/31/23) at around 3:30pm to return some headphones. For some reason the register didn't like that and it had to be shut down. The delay made one certain customer act out rather rudely... I just want to say that the guy working the register was absolutely amazing and he handled the situation and the rude customer very professionally. I didn't catch his name but that man deserves a raise!!! I appreciate him very much and he definitely reacted better than I would have! Thank you so much and I'm sorry I was the cause of a lot of frustration.

I confess I don't shop at Dollar General regularly, but when I do they always seem to deliver. DG is where I go when I need that one thing in a emergency and I'm between regular shopping trips to the grocery store or Target or wherever. If you need a bag of cat food or some socks or some candles for a birthday cake this is the place to go. They have something of everything and the prices are competitive with other stores. This particular DG is sandwiched between a Dollar Tree on one side and a CVS pharmacy on the other so there are lots of options right here. The store itself feels old. It's a little dark inside and it feels cluttered and full but they have Everything. I have never had any problems with the staff. They have always been pleasant.

#1 I should not have to ask to open the door to the restroom, but to blatantly lie and tell me it’s out of order when I can hear someone using it was very disturbing. I left and told the clerk my money I would have spent is out of order. When I stopped there I usually spend $30.00 to $50.00, I will never set foot inside that store again.
