I liked going shopping at that store mainly because it's close to my house, but several times I've gone, the cashier is smoking outside and she doesn't care that you're there like a fool waiting

I’ve just gone through the WORST customer experience I’ve come across. I entered your store to purchase diaper wipes for my babies. Upon arrival there were several Loiterers outside I was hesitated about leaving my wife and kids In the car. Reputable retail stores have a strict Policy on loitering and enforce it, clearly not the case here albeit, I entered anyway for my children. While looking around for wipes I needed to go to the restroom, as I have never been to this location, l walked around the unkempt store aimlessly to no avail. I walked to the front counter to ask if there was a public restroom saying “ Excuse me mam, is there a restroom?” Your employee glanced up and: a girl with long black hair up in a ponytail, edges a little fluffy, with light skin and a beauty mark on the right side of her cheek. (No Name Tag) scoffed while rolling her eyes, and without saying a word, SLAPS a key connected to a BROKEN IN HALF Green Plastic ruler. That’s it. Without a word. I am taken aback and stood there in awe for a moment then I say “Mam, I don’t know where it is” Your employee then rudely waves her hand saying with a tisk “it’s over there.” Upon entering your Bathroom it was dirty and unkept. Clearly a sanitary store is not important to your company especially in times like these, needless to say I was shocked. I then return the key. I then grabbed the items I needed and checked out. I WILL NOT be returning to this location if any. Employ more Courteous people. And PROPER Management at this location IMMEDIATELY. Disappointed DOLLAR GENERAL.
