If you like cold breakfast Crackle Barrel is where should land. Service was slow and ice cold food was such a disappointment. The really sad thing is that we chose to patronage them. They say never say never But I plan NEVER to Grace them with my presence ever again. But I must say the Server was concerned but that was kicked over by the Cashier who could have cared less. Her response was just call the 800 number. Not sorry this was our experience no sign of empathy nor sympathy. Customer Service today is truly like finding a Unicorn...does it exist???? If I could rate this experience with a negative 0 (-0) star that is what it DESERVED!!!
